We want you to love your natural personal care products, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure a smooth processing experience.

Return Process

  Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a pre-paid shipping label to your email.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in their original box and attach the provided shipping label before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Get Reimbursed

  After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
